Hello all,

I have an issue with DNN5 Portal Alias settings in the Admin settings. I can currently only load the site by navigating to two of my five portal aliases and can't figure out why. Here are the aliases:

servername.domain.net/dotnetnuke -- The one I need to be working
localhost/dotnetnuke --This one works
servername/dotnetnuke -- Also works
dotnetnuke -- was a test
.domain.net/dotnetnuke -- this one always appears no matter how many times I delete it

The end folder /dotnetnuke is an issue I have that I brought up in a different thread, however I think it helps show where my site is located in the above aliases.

Does anyone have any idea why I can only access the site via localhost and servername but not by the domain?

Thank you

is dnn installed in the root of your IIS web site or in a sub folder? in the second case, you can hardly omit /dotnetnuke from the URL.

Subfolder I believe. With this issue aside, is there no way to fix the main problem: getting the site to server.domain.com even if it needs the /dotnetnuke subfolder?
