Hi

I have the same problem as friends said before, first time i start a requesting page , it takes too much time for loading but when i close it and open again every thing is fine.

This is a very big problem now that one of my portals last so much time to load at first hit.

Kindly please answer me very soon , it is an argent problem i should solve.

This is because IIS will shut down the ASP.NET worker process after 20 minutes of inactivity (using IIS default settings.) You need to utilize the keepalive page in the sites root. There is a good explanation of this on Mitchel Sellers site.

Hope this gets you going in the right direction.
