Please Help.

I tried to open an existing 3.2 dotnetnuke file in Visual Web Developer Express 2005. Before I realized it, it had started coping files up to the server and creating a website.

Now the dotnetnuke application gets this message when you browse to it:

Server Application Unavailable....

Will I need to reinstall dotnetnuke 3.2 ? Or can this be fixed by restarting .net 1.1? There are other websites on the server that currenty run using asp.net 1.1 and I dont want to take anything down.

Can I reload dotnetnuke 3.2 without losing all the portals and sites that already exist on that site? I would like to save the portals and all the files that were on the dnn 3.2 site and have them work when i reinstall or somehow repair this one.

Is this possible? From what I can tell, all files are same versions and dates, nothing was deleted, but some of the folders have new modified dates.

 Can anyone help?
