The other way to access the page setting is to go Admin->Pages->Select your page->Click on Edit pencil icon on the bottom left.

I only see the english version in there on my site.

What I did to get to the page and be able to update without an error was add one more piece to the url you gave me.  between mysite and tabid it needs pagename.  The correct url for me was mysite/pagename/tabid/41/ctl/tab/action/edit/default.aspx
where pagename is the name of the page you want with no spaces, and 41 is the tab id for the page you want.

That's right Joisey, I was missing the tabname in the url. I didn't post the correction as I thought the other route would resolve your issue. I am wondering if you clicked the flag of the other languages and then went into Admin->Pages, it would have shown you the pages from selected language. Anyways, glad it worked out for you anyways.
