Interesting... I use it on my own site and only have the Sent To box completed, no roles ticked or anything, and it just sends to the specified email address.

I'll try and investigate the code, but won't get to it until Friday. Will Severance maybe able to comment if he has the time.

That is interesting-
and the "send to" email you are specifying is different than the email set up for the site owner?

Perhaps I will test the module out on a couple of our dev sites and see if I run into the same issues.

I really appreciate your help, Thanks for your time!

As I recall, if you leave the Send To field blank feedback will by default be sent to the designated portal admin account even if you have specified on or more roles in the Send To Roles selector.

Roger and Will-
Thank you both... and boy do I feel dumb right about now! I put the desired email address in the "send to" and checked only the role that should receive the email and now everything works exactly the way we need it to. I could have sworn I tried that combo before, but I guess not :)
Thank you again,
J

Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem with my Feedback module. Any message posted is sent out to admins with this text "A newly submitted Feedback post is pending moderation for possible publication, Please log into the website and change the status of the post".

I have set up a particular e-mail address in the "Send To" box, and expect the above message to go to that person only. I do not have any of the roles checked in the Send To User Roles section. Please help.
