Apeksha-

Hey there - I was the one who originally started this post and wanted to let you know that I did figure out how to send the emails only to those who needed to see them and not the Administrators. You need to create a role and add that role to those users who need to get the moderation alert emails. Then in the module settings, under Basic Settings > Permissions, choose that role to be able to moderate feedback posts. This will send the emails only to those people and not to the admistrators. In the Email Address and Options Settings, enter the email address(s) of those users who should receive the feedback comments. This is the combination that worked for me, also be sure you are using the most current version of the module (5.0.2 I believe). Hope this helps!!

Julie

Ok, one more thought - in the module settings, under Moderation and Feedback Management Settings, do you have the scope set to Instance or Portal? If it set to portal, try changing it to Instance, which will have the module work only with the comments that are posted to this instance of the module and not to all feedback modules on the portal.

Thanks for giving this a thought.

The scope was already set to "Instance".
