Hi all,
I recently upgraded to 6.0.1 and everything has been ok. Today i logged in as host and deselected the option in site settings that disables the pop up login screen. I clicked on update and then logged out.
When the site refreshed i had lost the logo and the favicon, so i logged back in as host and went to the site settings and there it said:
You do not have permissions to view any files on the file system

I have no idea what has caused this and how to fix it. Any ideas as to what i can do to fix this issue?

Many thanks,
Matt
