Hi.

I'm currently running a DNN website, SinghApps.com. And I'm currently hosting with Arvixe, because they have quite good reviews.The problem I'm having is that my website sometimes redirects to Install/UnderConstruction.htm. I'm not sure why. For instance, I woke up today and saw that it was redirecting to that page.

I'm using the latest DNN 6.1. Could please provide me some insight? Is it my website at fault, or the host provider?

Also just for additional information, the only way I can fix this error is by Restarting IIS from the control panel.
Arvixe support is terrible, after 15 mins of hold time, they told me that the website was redirecting to the Under Contruction page.

However, how can I completely avoid this error?

please check DNN logs and ask your provider to review server logs. the site might be put asleep, because it used more resources than assigned.

Your website is EXTREMELY slow. Almost unsusable. 


As for Arvixe, we had a TERRIBLE experience with them, i only stayed a day with them. Worst company i have ever seen.

 :(....I don't know what I should do. When I was searching online for DNN hosting, Arvixe was on almost top on all the websites. There price is very cheap, compared to PowerDNN. But now I completely regret signing up with them. There support is extremely slow, and I've had to solve all my problems on my own.

Is there any reliable, but cheap DNN hosting service you can recommend?
