I'm totally new to building elearning website and have no idea how to integrate with asp.net.Here is the scenario,I've dotnetnuke,moodle and asp.net.How do I integrate it.Does Moodle and DNN should be integrated into ASP.Net or which is the best way to integrate? plz help me.My question may sound basic but still I need an expertise idea.

im not aware of anyone having tried (as moodule as a php application), but id suggest that webservices are likely your best way forward http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Web_services_Roadmap . Theres a few codeplex projects at http://www.codeplex.com/site/search?query=moodle&ac=8 that are probably worth a look at also.
