Sometime ago I saw a webinar which included an example on how to show Events on a Facebook page.  I think it might have been presented by Roger.

Can someone point me to a 'how to' to do this please?

TIA

Antony

Hi Antony,

That was me :-)

Have a look at this url on how to configure the feed - http://dnnevents.codeplex.com/wikipag...

I then use this app to import into FB - http://www.facebook.com/apps/applicat...

To be honest it isn't perfect, the developers support is extremely variable. He created a version which pretty much works fine, which I am using. He has then created a new 'better' one which actually seems to have some constraints (e.g. it only imports 3 months worth), and has removed the interface for the old app.

I think 30 Boxes will do it as well, but I've never attempted it - http://www.facebook.com/pages/30-Boxe...

Please post back here any progress you make, because I'm keen to get something better in place, but I really don't have the skills to write a FB app as well as a DNN one.

Cheers
Roger
