Is anyone using the health monitor inside the DNN Support Network?  Have you found it useful?  Have you had issues with it?  We've gotten a couple messages saying our site is down, but we check it and it's not down, so we're not sure how useful this is.  If you use another module or program for this purpose, can you tell me what you use and why?

We use Pingdom for site monitoring. It's used in addition to several server and network side monitors within our company network. In every case, Pingdom is the first to report an issue.
