Hi There,
I am having a similar issue after upgrading to 6.1.3. I cannot mouseover the "manage" buttons for the html modules (other modules are working fine). And the links to settings and edit content give me the nice " The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected." in FF and do nothing in Chrome and IE.
I didn't find the DotNetNuke.Modules.Html.SqlDataProvider.dll that Bill was referring to in the /bin folder.
Any thoughts?
Oh, I didn't have any errors during upgrade.
Thanks!
-Lucas

I solved my particular problem, or, at least found the culprit.

I had an UltraPhotoGallery module that seemed to be messing with the javascript for the html modules. Once the UPG module was removed, the html modules worked as expected. I recall that easyDNNGallery created a similar issue.

Thanks for the clue.  For me it turned out to be that my skin was loading a very old version of jQuery.  Once I removed that the manage button started working and the edit link works.
