I Just upgraded to 6.1.3 and getting this error! 

Can someone please tell me what I should do?

The whole website is down and shows the above error. I cannot login or see any page. Thanks for your help.

Also would like to mention that that while upgrade was in progress the connection was reset so I don't even know how half of the upgrade went. Whether there were any errors or now. I tried to re upgrade it but no change. I could really use any help. Please.

You DO have a full backup, don't you ?

If so, restore and retry.

Unfortunately, I do not have any backup. I will have to figure out this error and cry and kick myself in the process. 

Additionally, I am noticing "

A critical error has occurred. An unexpected error has occurred
error on the website where the upgrade went smooth without any error. Wonder if they are related and there is something wrong with the 6.1.3 edition. 

I do need help (even paid) to figure out the first error and bring my website backup.I think I will contact Mitchell Sellers. Hopefully, he has some time.
