After Upgraded to 6.1the lightbox  is being used and don't close. So for the Login module I click Login and it spins and then stops spinning and stays open, same thing for editing html modules.  If i hit escape or x out it will log me in or save the text.  The HTML Editor Manager does not come up.  I can't install the new HTML Provider because the page does not continue on.  I have turned off popups in the HTML Module but the install module still uses popups.

I see that i need the new RadEditorProvider_06.01.03_Install installed.

Can anyone tell me the steps to manually install RadEditorProvider_06.01.03_Install?

Hi Bill, you can disable the site popups by going to Admin > Site Settings > Advanced Settings tab, expand Usablility Settings and unticking Enable Pop-Ups. I think that should help you. I believe the DNN 6.1.3 upgrade includes the revised RadEditorProvider.
