 Again, I would bet anything this 'newer release' altered something that caused this to reappear.  Wouldn't be the first time it happened to me.  Or I'm doing something wrong.  Also wouldn't be the first time...

 Here you go:

This error is because you are running the beta version of DotNetNuke 5.5.0. The 5.5.0.532 mentioned in there is the Dotnetnuke.dll released in 5.5.0 Beta. The 5.5.0.653 mentioned is the Dotnetnuke.dll released in the final version of 5.5.0.

We also do our release against the final version of a particular DNN release. For Events 5.2.x the minimum version of DNN is 5.5.0 Final, which is why there is a direct reference to 5.5.0.653. Any version of DNN above that will work.

Yeah...that explains it. Sorry to waste your time guys. I just saw the (Beta Version) in the tab after I submitted that response. *hangs head*
