Just a quick note for others out there who are experiencing this issue - after putting your cursor in the "Tooltips" box, hitting the ENTER key actually updates the link, hitting the TAB key a couple times will get you down to the rest of the options and the update button so you can complete the link. At least this is how it is working for me.

I am also experiencing this problem in dnn 6.1.4 . Very annoying indeed. Is there a solution or workaround for this?

As previously posted you place you cursor focus in 1 of the visible text boxes and then TAB down through the UI elements.

This will force the UI down so you can see the rest of the form.

As I previously stated this is slated for a fix in 6.2.1.
