i'm using http://yyy.com as my domain on godaddy, on installing DotNetNuke application i created a subdomain http://yyy.com/xxx. how do i redirect http://yyy.com/xxx to http://yyy.com

I don't think Godaddy will allow for the application to be in the root directory for asp.net applications. You would need to place a redirect in the root directory to send them to the subdirectory where DNN is installed.

You could just take the following text and place it in a text file, and then rename to default.asp:

<%@ Language=VBScript %>
<%

Response.Status="301 Moved Permanently"
Response.AddHeader "Location","/subdirectory/"

%>
