please try looking at what request(s) are executed in a httpproxy such as fiddler in case some custom urlrewrite rule/iis setting is causing a routing problem (alternatively you can look at the IIS logs to see if the request is making it as far as dotnetnuke)

this shows that the request is not making it to dotnetnuke at all so your issue is elsewhere eg. the IIS website is pointing to the wrong folder, the binding in IIS is wrong etc Without examining your setup its impossible to say, all I can say based on that is that the issue happens before the request makes it to dotnetnuke

Thank you for the reply. I have not changed any in IIS or did not change the folder names or paths. This can be not related to DNN. But I am in a trouble since there is nothing to see. No error message. All are blank. When I changing the path, then it is giving me the path incorrect error. So any advises to find me the issue?

try creating a new folder and add a simple html file and point the IIS entry to that - if it loads it would suggest that there is an issue with something .net related. Beyond that I have little to suggest -i would really need to see the IIS setup and Im afraid i dont have the time to do so.
