Is anyone aware of a module or a way of listing links to other articles / pages on a DNN 6.2 site that are related to the one being currently viewed?  My initial thought was to leverage taxonomy and tag pages and then list the top 3 or 4 pages with the most overlapping tags.  That kind of search will be expensive so I thought about somehow using the search index somehow.

Thoughts or recommendations anyone?

We are considering building a module as we have the same "problem".

Did you find an existing  solution for this? (I didn't)
Taxonomy does not support an order, which makes it useless for my use case.

a manual option would be using Links module and populating it with links per page...
