again - both sites use different user base, you will need to re-register, if you want to use store or support web site.

 So, both the store and bug tracker are totally different sites - just made to look like they are part of dotnetnuke.com. You have to have a seperate login for each one?

And you dont mention that anywhere on the site - or the store?

I would say, none of both sites look the same as the mothership. I agree, it should be mentioned that you need a dedicated account.

Well to everyone here in the office it seems natural that when you login into dotnetnuke.com that you can then go to the store, downloads, support etc. They all share the same logo - they all are aspects of the same software company.

its not a user friendly experience having to fill out another registration process - seems unnecessary. Ive already given you my info once.

sorry, this is not my responsibility and I agree that single-sign-on would be a great enhancement. Unfortunately, merging existing user bases (coming from different sources, as the store had been acquired by DNN Corp. just 2 years ago with most of the users already having an account on both) is not a trivial task...
