Hi

there are a few usability issues that are frustrating here.

I can log into dotnetnuke.com.

I then go to store.dotnetnuke.com and go to buy a module. It asks me to login again. I try to but cant. I get told my username or password is incorrect.

This seems like a bug, so I go to post a bug, and am again asked I'm to login - and again I cant - get told my username or password is incorrect.

When will this be fixed? There is a module that we really need to buy? Is there away to purchase modules without logging in?

please note that your account for the store might be different that for DotNetNuke.com due to historical reasons. Did you try using the password reminder on the store website?

Yes. However the password reminder didnt do anything - at all.

I doubt if it is a 'historical reasons' issue, as this account is only a few weeks old.

"Historical reasons" are there for both sites using separate accounts. are you sure you are using correct user name for the store? Did you try to submit a request at http://store.dotnetnuke.com/help-center/help-desk/ticket-entry/htype/login

it was definitely the correct login.

I'm surprised I even had to login - as I was already logged in on this site.
