So this may sound stupid.... but I have solved many of my errors by making folders that are missing and files that are missing.....but I just went into my server, and found the file..... So if you were to go into your server, add the folders with the correct names where there supposed to be (ex. /school/DesktopModules/Admin/RadEditorProvider). then open up word pad on your computer and copy the text below and save it as DialogHandler.aspx file and add it in the RadEditorProvider folder it should work... well in theory that is... let me know!

At DesktopModules\Admin\RadEditorProvider
I already have DialogHandler.aspx which have text
<%@ Page Language="C#" Inherits="DotNetNuke.Providers.RadEditorProvider.DotNetNukeDialogHandler, DotNetNuke.RadEditorProvider" %>

Also to let my dnn solution works(which have lots of desktop modules) i already did a lots of stupid solution :)

Well that was my best shot.... I looked at your code in the link and I can't find anything wrong... but im not the best programer... hopefully someone will be able to help ya
