Bill,

I'm trying to install an Aristeer template using the .zip file and yes I'm logged on Host account... but I don't have the buttons on administration panel on my website, so I have to use the forced enter to the administration back-end using ./Host.aspx

In Host | Host Settings | Other Settings - are you set to RibbonBar or IconBar?

If ribbonbar, the word Host will show  in a second Menu at the very top of any page. If Iconbar, you should have admin and host buttons in the top right corner of the control panel. If the menu and/or linkbuttons are missing then I think it might be better to resolve that before treating a consequence.

That said, have you scrolled down in the popup window when running an istall just to be sure the next button is not hidden below the fold?

Bill
