if IIS compression is turned on for dynamic pages, you may try to disable. another issue might be debug being turned on in web.config.

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for your replies. Today i have tried to disable the IIS compression completely for both application & static, but the problem still persists.

At the same time, i have tried playing around with the Performance setting changing cache to none, or heavy but still have the same issues. We have tried as well test using memory as cache provider, but still have the same issue.

As for the debug, could you guide me how to turn on the debug mode on the website or are you referring to "use jquery debug version" option listed under the host settings?

our website address is www[dot]ism[dot]net[my].Even if we have any user trying to register and after filling up the registration form and click "register" button, same thing happen as well, the page just wont refresh

I am thinking of another way to completely ignore the use of jquery/ajax on the website by replacing the login module with a module that dont use jquery/ajax function. As for the admins/host, i may need to edit the page via localhost only. Is there such module available or could i just use the older login module from DNN version 4++.

I truly hopes there is a solution to this problem.

My apologies as i have misread your post. I have checked our web.config the debug mode is not turned on.

Tried to locate debug within webconfig and found the following:
providerPath="~\Providers\SchedulingProviders\DNNScheduler\" debug="false"
