ok, this doesn't seem to be the issue. there might be still DNN compression turned on, although the UI option has been removed. please run the following statement in Host > SQL:
Update {databaseOwner}{objectQualifer}HostSettings SET SettingValue = '0' WHERE SettingName Like 'HttpCompression%'
restart the application afterwards, to become changes effective.

HttpCompression = 0
HttpCompressionLevel = 0

both values are already 0. i think i want to give up on this matter. is there a way that i can completely disable to use of ajax on DNN ?

Before this we are using DNN 4.8.4, and had the same issue, but we just disable the AJAX. But on DNN 6+, i cant find any option to disable the ajax feature as i can see the most of the settings, modules are executed with jquery. Is there any login module that dont use jquery/ajax or can i use old DNN module (version 4.8.4) on our website ?

As for admin & host on our website, we can edit it remotely via localhost as all seems to be working fine when viewing the site in localhost.

Hi Sebastian,

Our website is hosted on our server, and for public to access to our website have to go through F5 Application Security Manager (ASM).

http://www.f5.com/products/big-ip/big...

After much research on the F5 ASM, i believe there is a security policy involving AJAX as well. However, i am unsure if the issue is with F5 ASM or with the DNN application itself.

Is there a way i could debug to check or use some sort of web developers tool like firebug or etc to identify the source of problem?

you may use fiddler or Network tab of Developer Tools in IE9/10, to investigate communication with your browser. it looks like there is sth. filtering AJAX. Did you try applying default skin and container to the login page?

Error message retrieved from using firefox developer tool :

You may try this at our site :

just simply enter any text as username and click login and the page just simply wont refresh due to ajax issue.

Tq for recommending me Fiddler tool. I have check it out and it seems like its a really nice developer tool and quite handy. I will go through the application over the weekend to study it.
