I uploaded my dotnetnuke project to a hosting, attach my database pointing to ti and when I put the url of my domain redictts me to Instlall/UnderContruction.htm

Check you connect string, sometimes, when the website can't connect to the database, it will redirect to the install page.

Eileen I think my local project and everything work great, only went up to the local folder hosting web.config modify thenew cxn and I open the default.aspx redirect me to the install that could be it.

you need to make sure, there are Website aliases matching the domain name in production. Either edit Alias via UI in Site Settings prior to the move or directly in the database, table PortalAlias.
