We recently upgraded from 4.0.3 to 4.3.0 to 4.3.1.  Each upgrade we just downloaded the full source and extracted over the existing web site and then do the mod to release.config->web.config.

We have set the password to Clear instead of Encryped for all instances

Now, when someone creates a new account, the First and Last Names do not get saved to the Users table.  This breaks the user management module whenever we try to view that particular user.

Is this a known issue?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you set a User page in the site settings? If so, undo that

So we can no longer use our own User Page with its own skin and container?
