Times are still a mess in dnn. Try setting the publish time to 3am and you should be ok.

The HTML module did not display at midnight eastern time. So it is definitely DNN, not the third party module.

You say times are a mess in DNN and to set the publish to 3 am? The module setting only allows to set a date, but not a time.

I'd like to know if this is a reported issue and when it will be fixed? Anyone from DNN?
