Let me start out by saying I have one website in DNN 6.1.5 version and just built a new site in DNN 7 version. The issue is in both sites. I first saw the issue with the DNN 6.1.5 site I built earlier this year. I decided to build a new site the v 7 to see if the issue remains (before upgrading to v 7). It does.

I have a web host with the server in Mountain time. My local time is Eastern. I have DNN settings for host and website and users set at Eastern.

The issue is all logs and module settings run on server time. For example, the common module setting to display on a date and not display on another date ... will display at midnight on mountain time rather than eastern time, and the same for turning off the display - it turns off on mountain rather than eastern time.

The site settings are all correct for eastern time, I have rechecked this over and over.

I've looked at various posts here in the forum and it looks like this was an issue that was fixed in 6.0. But I don't see it fixed.

My 6.1.5 site is a club with forms that need to go live at midnight local time, not 2 am. Please help

I think you need to set the site time to the timezone of the server.  Then the portal gets set to whatever you want the site time to be.  For instance if my server is in california that would be UTC -8, but if my site was supposed to be on the east coast I would set my portal time zone to -5.

My site and portal are the same. I do not have portal settings that I can see. Is there documentation somewhere that I can read to set up separate site and portal settings?

Portal settings are if you go into Admin, then "site settings" then under the advanced settings tab, then under security, there is a "Set Timezone".  This is the portal timezone and represents what time zone your site is virtually located.

Yes, as I stated in my first message, I have done all of that. All the settings for the site are Eastern time, but still show at Mountain time.
