I have been running DNN for quite some time. I am running on a Windows 2003 Standard with MS SQL 2005. I recently upgraded to DNN 7.0. Everything has worked fine. I was attempting to install a second DNN instance for testing purposes. During the database setup it informed me that it required MS SQL 2008. First, why is DNN7 working for my existing installation on MS SQL2005? Second, is that going to stop working... for example if I try to upgrade to 7.02? Help!

I'm going to guess the requirements are different on an upgrade since people on older version of DNN may not have the ability to upgrade their database.

Not sure if it'll stop working. If your upgraded site works now, it should be OK although there may be tougher requirements in future upgrades.
