At approximately 1:55 AM (PST), Friday, July 29, 2005 we recycled the worker process in order to effectively clear all cache remnants.  There appears to be a few items that remain in cache for the Forum module.  This should be remedied in the next Forums release.

The reason for clearing the cache was to enable a new Forum category: "Core :: Localization".  The outage lasted for approximately 30 seconds.
