Hi,

We installed a new instance of DNN v6.02.02 on our Windows 2008 server. Everything work fine but we have plenty of event in event viewer while user disconnect from DNN. Here is the event:

“A process serving application pool [DNNWebSite] exceeded time limits during shut down.  The process id was ‘####’

Log name: System
Source:  WAS
Event ID: 5013
Level: Warning
User: N/A
OpCode: info
Logged: 1/30/2013 1:47:13 PM
Task Category: None
Keywords: Classic
Computer: Server

I saw some issue on the net that is corrected by increasing the asp.net idle timeout value but that doesn't correct the problem for us.

Does anybody know what is the problem and how to correct it?

Thank you!

Zack
