Fresh install of DNN 07.00.05 last week with no problems. Added 3 new pages today, but cannot edit these new pages or add modules to them. The standard DotNetNuke admin menu strip is visible at the top of the screen, but the menu doesn't work (i.e. "Edit Page" does not work). However, the menu works fine from any other page in the site. Logged in as host. Cleared cache, deleted cookies, restarted app. No effect. Tried in IE and Chrome.

Thanks--the web.config update had no affect, the Newtonsoft file was in the bin directory, but reverting to the Ribbon control panel worked--thanks!
