I am attempting to install the software onto XP Pro sp3 for the third time with the exact same results below (with or without uninstalling the prerequisites).

The package has installed the prerequisites successfully.  The last install is the dotnetnuke package.  It either sits at installing after successfully downloading (the top bar is at 100% and filled in while the bottom bar sits at 0% and is white) for 4+ hours before I stop the process.  At that point the Web Platform Installer 4.5 attempts to only install the dotnetnuke package and a executes WebDeploy window before freezing.  If I choose IIS instead of IIS Express I get:

DNN 7 requires ASP.Net 4 and IIS 7, which AFAIK is not available for Windows XP, sorry.
