I have attempted to run the installation from VS2008, VS2010, VS2012 on both Windows XP, and Windows 7 using both IE8, and Chrome v27 and they all result in step 2 stuck at 0% progress and the timer advancing.  The client debugger showed the following error: Syntax error jquery.min.js, line 2 character 10807.  The highlighted code in debugger is: return a.JSON.parse(b).  The value of b is "</html>".

I am a first time user of DotNetNuke and I'm really excited to begin developing a PoC module for a project I'm working on.  Please help.
