All,

I have a website that just launched but I'm still seeing the temp domain alias dnn4less assigned when my site was created. I updates the default URL of the site to the actual domain name but my links are still displaying using the temp alias.

So instead of this:

www.mysite.com/home.aspx

I'm seeing this:

mysite.com.ultrafastdnn.com/home.aspx

Is there a setting I'm missing? I can't delete this http alias as there is no option to do so.

Thanks,
Mark

Never mind - it was a caching issue. All is well now.

You have fixed the issue, but I thought I would add a small note to mention that any links added to the Journal entries (activity feed, etc) use the URL as at the time the link was created (blog posts, etc).  So if you do change domain name it's important to update your primary alias to reflect the new one, and I suggest using the site alias mode of 'redirect' to ensure that the old links are forwarded to the new location.

Bruce,

Thanks for the tip. Luckily that's not a concern but still good to know.
