Judy, how many folders do you have? There might be a simple timeout issue, but usually this gets logged in event log.
I had a couple of issues with upgraded sites as well, e.g. a folder "images" didn't show up in Digital Asset Management, even after db sync and despite "hide system folders" settings.

Hi Sebastion,
There are only 11 folders under the root. No errors are being written the the event viewer. The message is "An error occurred while loading the folder content" Not Found. I get this message if I try to do anything in file manger - go to a folder, try to do syn - any interaction at all. How do I escalate this issue?

I had (or have?, not yet sure) the same issue. It "seems" that now it works using different version of jQuery, but not an old one as suggested: in my case I had to use the newest version (I cannot check right now this value, I will inform you as soon as possible)

Hi Sebastion,

I selected use hosted version and then put in the suggested jquery (below). I cleared the cache and recycled the application pool, but I am still getting the same error.
