I have upgraded to DNN 7.1.1. I have 2 problems stemming from using the Verified Portal option:

1) I made a user and the Welcome email did not arrive (SMTP issues). I can now not resend it

2) I want to import a whole lot of users and set them all to the Unverified Role. Then I want them to have to resend their Verification email.

However, there seems to be no way to do this? (In the old DNN it used to ask you for the code on the Login screen). Now it just logs in and shows this message everywhere, but there is no way to do anything about it.

"You are using an unverified account. Please verify your account by clicking on the link contained in the verification email we've already sent to you. "

Note: I tried the "Reset Password" option but the mail does not contain the Code either. (Can I just include the token here to get it?)

Note: I tried to add these tokens to the Reset PW email template but it does not work:

 http://[Portal:URL]/default.aspx?ctl=Login&username=[Custom:0]&verificationcode=[Custom:1]

So I cannot figure out a why for users who have lost the email to ever verify their accounts... which is strange as any public website would probably be using Verified!

Note: I had the wrong token - this DOES work:
[User:VerificationCode]
Resource Name: EMAIL_PASSWORD_REMINDER_BODY.Text

However, it does mean that you have to change a lot of language strings to give the user a way to get their code in case they missed it - I think this area definitely needs a bit of UX work.

resource texts should have been updated in DNN Core framework and language packs provided by DNN Corp.
If you modified the text on host or portal language you will need to update it manually, sorry.

Ah, you mean in unmodified versions this is done automatically? Oh well, it kind of solves the problem, but still not a great UX IMO. Thanks
