Hi Guys,

I have installed our first DNN Community site on a Windows Server 2012 box with a SQL 2012 DB. I'm logged in as host and when I go to the Extensions page it's just completely blank, . I tried changing to the ribbon view but it made no difference. No error messages or anything, I'm new to DNN as well. Hope someone can steer me in the right direction?

Hi
As you said this is your first install, so may be some installation issue.
Or else do one thing. Look at the Modules tab and check if any module is present there or not. Also look for the Extensions module in this section. Try putting Extension module to the page.

Thanks,

Thanks for the feedback. Modules page didn't allow me to add modules, there was a circle with a line through it when I moused over Add Module. I noticed when I installed that the installer progress bar hung at 90% Creating Super User in either Fire Fox or Explorer 10 but if I went to our website it was there. Maybe the installer missed something? I am trying a fresh install to see if I can get any further.

I'm worried that if we cannot get the Extensions Page working we will have to abandon DNN as a candidate to replace our CMS. We were going to test the Community release then purchase the Professional version as we have many customer sites. Even though there is lots of information available for DNN problems I am finding it hard to get solutions to these basic ones, we can't risk that being a problem with many mission critical sites to administer...

is it a local install on a Client System, or on a Server?  What is the DNN Version and package you are using?
