Hi  Matthias,

Thank you for your response. Yes to both of your questions. I unblocked the upgrade zip before extracting and the folders are set to inherit the permissions.

Chris, no errors meaning when the upgrade script ran I saw no DNN errors. All scripts ran successfully. I don't see any exceptions or other problems in the log viewer. Only general admin operations.

It does seem like maybe some kind of jQuery problem. I checked and the jQuery version did not change from 7.1.0 to 7.1.2. Tried switching to the hosted jQuery and the same problem exist. I do know that in 7.1.0 I had two 404 errors looking for jquery.min.map. My 7.1.0 instance was a clean install and the missing jquery.min.map file was being reference in the root and in  /resources/shared/scripts/jquery/ folders. Those two errors are fixed in the upgraded site.

I should also have mentioned this is the pro version. Since others are reporting the same problem I think I'll hold off on upgrading my dev site.

Could you please check if the Application pool is running on 64.bit mode ? Use integreaded mode instead of the classic mode.

Hi.

Is there any resolution for this? I m facing this issue in my production site and can't edit the HTML content.

Please guide if someone knows the workaround.

- My application is in 64-bit mode,  with 32-bit Apps enabled.

- I didnt change anything in folder permissions when upgrading.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Rashed,

I was not able to resolve this issue on my local install and chose not to apply the upgrade to my production site. If you have a backup I'd suggest rolling back. The only work around I found was to turned off the pop up and enabled in-line editing. After I did that I was able to change and save an HTML module using in-line feature.

HTH

Rich

BTW: I am also running the app pool in 64 bit integrated mode.

I suggest to disable the 32-Bit apps Support!
