Hello,

The upgrade looked like it went well. No errors. Site started up. Logged in and could access Admin and Host. Tried to edit HTML module content and the RAD editor did not load in the pop up.  Tried to add a record to a Form and list module and the entry did not save. Turned off the pop up and enabled in-line editing and was able to change and save an HTML module using in-line feature. I was also able to add a record to my Form & List.

Went in to Host/ HTML editors. The RAD was listed.  Changed the skin to black and updated. Cleared cache and re-started site. Still no HTML Editor is displayed when "edit html" is clicked.

This is on my local install. My site is suppose to go live Tuesday and I wanted to apply this update before going live. Any ideas on how to fix would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Rich

Have you unlock the upgrade package before you extract the files? If not not all files will be extract. Otherwise I would check the physical permuissions of your DNN Folder and be sure that they are inherited to all files and subpages.

When you say no errors, you mean no DNN errors, or no JS errors, or both?

I'm having the same issue.

My site was DNN 7.1.1 and upgraded to DNN 7.1.2.

Surprised to see that the HTML Pro editor no longer works, except inline-editing.

Kindly suggest what to do.

Thanks,

- Ravi

Do I need to copy or check any additional files in the website to fix this issue?
