I have just upgraded my site from 7.01.01 to 7.01.02 and am now receiving the Domain Name Does Not Exist In The Database error.

The site worked fine before the upgrade, the upgrade completed ok and the site name is in the Portal Alias table.

I'm probably missing something obvious but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pete

what is the address you are calling and which aliases are registered in PortalAlias table in the database?

Hi,

I am using test:PORT

It has been the same since first setup and no other upgrades have caused an issue.

please re-check items in portal alias table - DNN7.1.2 might be more strict than previous versions.

Hi Sebastian, Thank you for your help. I discovered that when I had extracted the update, not all of the files were extracted.

Extracted everything again, making sure it was all there and re-ran the update. Everything is working now.
