Good morning all,
I am currently facing a strange problem. For our corporate webpage we implemented a business library that relies on Entity Framework. Due to the fact that this is shared among different websites a database prefix was not necessary in this case.

If I add a module to a page that uses these libraries I get an error stating that System.Data.Entity should be referenced. The webpage is configured to use NET framework 4, so I assumed that this is available by default via GAC.

How can I add a reference to the System.Data.Entity namespace?
While developing the module I right clicked on my Visual Studio Project and added the (GAC) reference via the "Reference" dialog. How can I archive that with DNN?

It would be great to have this fixed when packing the module so that this is automatically done when we install the module.

Any help is kindly appreciated,
best regards
Andy

Entity framework assemblies are not part of some installations of .NET. The best way is to just add System.Data.Entity.dll to the /bin folder
