I am looking for either a module, or basic functionality, to track the total number of edits to all pages, perhaps with a breakdown per user and month. I know that when looking at version history you can tell how many times a page has been edited. Is there some SQL query I could use to pull that data for every page on a site, so I can add them up for statistics?

If I need to add further information, or clear anything up, please let me know. Thank you for reading this.

AFAIK, this can be done with SQL Queries.  You can use the dnn reports module to do that.

I have managed to get the module working. Unfortunately, My expertise of SQL and DNN's database structure is minimal, so I am unable to put this module to much use. Do you perhaps know of another module which would suit my needs, or where I might begin to look for insight into crafting an applicable SQL query?

Personaly I didn't know about a other module. You can check the dnn database and the structure of it using SQL Management Studio (Express) if you have access remotely or the database is local.

Of course it is also possible to develope a own module that creates reports for your needs. But this needs .NET and c# or vb knowledge and some learning about developement on DNN. You can find insides on the Learning tab of the community using Video Library, Wiki or Developement.
