I am in the process of migrating my DNN installation to a new server and upgrade to version 7.01.02.

Everything is working fine on my root portal. However, on my child portals the Login SkinObject is throwing an error on the page. Just a box that reads "An error has occurred. An error has occurred". Once I login, this error goes away.

It also appears that on two of my child portals, clicking on the Login link results in a 500 Server Error.

It looks as a configuration or permission issue.  I already post a answer on the community Exchange.  Please do not double post the same question on community Exchange and the Forum!

Great. Well, I restored the database. Set the Compatibility to 110. Then attempted the upgrade. It keeps erring at 26% saying:

"Could not find part of the path" for GettingStarted.css in my portal folder. I found that file in the _Default and made a copy in my portal folder but it still says it can't find it.

Stopped and Started IIS. Went back to site and Install screen did not come up. Problem with Login on child portals still exists.

Attempted to create a new child portal using the Default Template. Same Login Skin Object issue exists here as well.
