It is an installation using the install package, not the full source code.

 

I tried to enable Content Localization by removing en-US and enabling en-GB and el-GR. I added those two languages first, set en-GB as default for this site and then disabled en-US.

I did not notice when the problem started, cause I am writing some modules of my own and haven't try to edit/delete any of the existing ones. When I noticed the problem, I reverted everything back (en-US as default and the other two disabled), however the problem remains.

Ok, problem solved!

Since it was a language problem, I compared App_GlobalResources folder from Install.zip and there were missing files. Actualy, in my folder there was only the SharedResources.resx file which I used to add my own texts. I copied the missing files and now it works fine, however I did not removed them manualy, so maybe you want to check if there is any bug while adding/changing/removing languages.
