my solution focuses on a second issue, you should check .- if transaction log is not larger than a few MB, you don't need to take care of it.

I get the same issue. After fixing by Cathal's suggest, it worked but happening again. What do I do?

Vu, what are the sizes of your database file and Transaction log file?

At the first was 9 numbers of KB for database and 8 numbers of log file, after running SQL query it reduced to 6 numbers of database file and 3 numbers of log file but after a day it raises 9035712 KB of database file and 112384 KB of log file. The  Event Viewer error too even when database file reduced to 6 of numbers.
