Hi,

We have DNN Professional 6.2.9 running for a customer.  We've tried upgrading to 7.x using the community upgrade files.  However, each attempt has either crashed my development server, or thrown errors on the hosting server.  The errors have to do with the built in Packflash modules and the Ifinity URL Master.  When I attempt to uninstall those, the site crashes.

What is the best way to perform a PE upgrade?  Does the customer need to provide us with separate upgrade files rather than using the community upgrades?

Any insight, help and/or guidance is greatly appreciated.
