if i change the skin all is ok , that seme it is DarkNight problem, if the DN skin is in the base , is it possible to delete it in the base defaut skin and after assing the defaut skin to the website ?

i have ~150 users in one site and 20 in other

im not sure what you're asking - if you mean changing skins on a page just go to page settings. If you mean changing a host wide default you can edit DotNetNuke.config in the root folder.

you should stay away from deleting DNN default skin, there is no gain, if you remove it.

There should be no issue indexing your users, what is the exact issue you are facing?
Dashboard is part of DNN and should be in Host menu
To install French language pack go to Extensions in Host menu, tab "available extensions".
