Okay well, i got through the database, set up the login, installed the website and it went through 100%...but when i hit the view website button. and was expecting to finally see it, i got this error

Server Error in '/' Application.
An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file C:\websites\dnndev.me\App_Data\aspnetdb.mdf failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share.

Okay so i got through the database configuration, went through the website setup, since i had 2008 server i followed his steps configured it. Website installed 100%; but when i hit the view website button it led to this

Make sure the user account your IIS process is running as has correct permissions to that file or the folder it resides in (App_Data).
